First Week of Summer Training

Our first week and days of our summer training starts on Monday, June 3rd, just 4 days away!  We will start at 3:15 on Monday, meeting on the west end of the CRHS tennis courts, so that if there are any middle school athletes wanting to join us, they will be able to.  We will go at 3:15 Monday through Thursday, meeting at the west end of the tennis courts and then we will discuss with those that are there what time they would like to go on Friday.

A couple of things as we get going: 
- Please remember to let me know what your end of season 5k goal is so I can help you get your paces figured out for each workout.  
- If you are just completing a spring sport, please make sure you are listening to your bodies and taking at least a week off.  If you are not sure how much to take off, please let me know and we can figure out a plan. - If you are a first year runner or middle schooler, please know that we are not expecting you to be at every practice, especially the beginning of the summer.  We want to build you up and make sure we don't put too much on you and make it feel like it is too much.
- Lastly, a reminder that summer practices have no costs to them, nor are they mandatory. We will also give out the workouts for every day of the summer, so if your schedule doesn't allow you to run during our scheduled times, you will know what we will doing and you will be able to run the workout at a time that fits you.
