Overall results for tonight's Cardinal Cup Time Trial are now posted on the right hand side under results. I will work on individual results with an estimated 5K time by the end of the weekend.
But, an overall positive night. It would have been nice if more of the girls would have been able to make the race, but all showed improvement and worked hard. It was a solid way to start the racing and a chance for the runners to see where they are at as of right now!
Congrats to the Red team for the boys and the Black team for the girls on their victories tonight. Scores were close across the board, so it was fun to see how it would all work out!
A schedule for next week will be posted by the end of the weekend as well, but Monday's practice will be at 3:15 at the High School, with uniforms and lockers being handed out. I will give the runners a schedule for the week as well on Monday.
