Mustang Invite/Roy Griak Invite Information and Line Ups

Below is the information for this weeks meets, Friday's JV meet in Mounds View, and Saturday's Varsity meet at the U of M.  Also, here is a link to the roster for the races and who will be in which race: Mustang/Griak Roster

For those that are running on Saturday, they will not be racing the Mustang Invite, but those that are running on Friday are invited to come on Saturday to watch and support at the Griak Invite.  The bus on Saturday will be leaving at 11:30.  The Varsity Boys will be coming with on Friday to run the game ball from Spring Lake Park High School for Friday nights Homecoming game.

Mustang Invite:

Mustang Invite (Chippewa Middle School): 5000 Hodgson Rd.  Take US Hwy 10 East to I35W South, then merge back onto US Hwy 10.  Take a left onto Hwy 96 and follow to Hodgson Rd.  Take a left onto Hodgson Rd and school will be on right about a mile up the road.

SPECTATOR Parking -  Chippewa Middle School will be off limits until after 3PM.

·       Hope Christian Church -- Teams and families can also park across the street west from the school and cross the street at the intersection with control lights in the designated walk lanes.

3:20pm    JH/MS Grade Race- Girls       Team and Open Boys Race  2,000 meters

3:40pm    JH/MS Grade Race - Boys      Team and Open Girls Race  2,000 meters 
3:55pm    Gold Race- Girls                    Boys Team Race 3,200 meters

4:25pm    Gold Race- Boys                   Girls Team Race 3,200 meters   

4:50pm    Green Race- Girls                  Open Junior Varsity Girls Race   3,200 meters
5:20pm    Green Race- Boys                  Open Junior Varsity Boys Race   3,200 meters

Griak Invite:

Roy Griak Invitational: U of M Golf Course. Take 35W South to Cleveland Avenue South to West Larpenteur. Turn right and follow for a ½ mile on Larpenteur and you will see the Driving Range and Golf Course on the right.

Admission Fee	The University will be charging $10 entry fee for adults and $8 for students/youth/seniors (62 & above).  Kids age 2 & under are free. The official Griak Invitational program can be purchased for $2.
Spectator Parking	S101 (on the corner of Cleveland and Commonwealth) and the Gortner Ave. Ramp.  Shuttles will transport to the golf course.  Park at your own risk on the city streets.
