Workouts for the Week of July 29

Surprisingly we are closing in on the end of the month of July, thus the last couple of days that we can work with the runners before the season starts on August 12th.  Here are the locations for our practices this week:

Monday - CR Dam

Tuesday and Wednesday - CRHS
Practices from Thursday until the start of the season will be put together by the captains.

Also, July 29th  (Monday) is the last day to place apparel orders for the first round of orders.  If you are wanting to order anything and have it earlier in the season, then please go to https://www.bsnteamsports.com/shop/rapidscc22#/ so you can have your order placed.
