Summer Practices - Week of July 1

A reminder that this week, the week of July 1st, the captains will be putting practices together.  We as coaches are not allowed to practice with the athletes.

Also, Thursday, July 4th, is the Coon Rapids Firecracker 5K at 8:00am at CRIC for anyone that is looking to get an early season 5k in.  For those that are helping with the water stops, we will be meeting near the registration tent at 7:15.
