Summer Workouts - Week of July 22nd

Below is information for the upcoming week.  One thing of note, there will not be any organized practices on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  However, we still are hoping the runners do the workouts that are set up for the week (which I am including for those 3 days).   

Also, we are getting closer to the start of the season.  A reminder is that an updated physical is needed to sign up.  If it has been 3 years since your runners last physical or you have not been in an activity in the past, make sure you are getting this taken care of before the starts on August 12th.

Monday - 8, 10, 12 Miles Level 2
Tuesday - 25-35 min Recovery, Level 1
Wednesday - Long Intervals, 10 min Level 2; 3-5 x 3 min Level 4 (Race Pace), 2 min Level 1 in between each; 5 min Level 1
Thursday - Bunker Golf Course Parking Lot 1
Friday - CRHS West End Tennis Court Lot
