Due to State High School League rules, we cannot set up any practices for the runners this week. The captains will be reaching out if they are going to have any workouts for the team.
One other item, Friday is the CR Firecracker 5K at the CRIC. Come out and race, help at one of the water stops, or cheer! For those helping at the water stops, meet by the registration tents at 7:15. Thanks!!
