We are going to change things up a bit this week due to the hotter temps and the higher dew points and humidity. Due to this, we are going to start our practices at
6:30AM to beat the heat and make sure everyone is safe. We will be paying attention to the runners and making sure everyone is safe and if we need to shorten or shut down a practice, we will. Extra water will be needed by the runners and I will have some more and some cold wet rags each day. This will also be a cut back week for mileage, but we will still be ramping up the intensity for those that are ready for it. Expect practices to be at least an hour and 15 minutes long each day. We know that with the earlier time that rides might be harder, so please let us know if a ride is needed in plenty of time so we can arrange something.
