The Pasta Party on Wednesday has been moved to the Coughlin home. Directions will be available to the runners tomorrow.

Information about the CRHS CC Running team (Gr 7-12) is found here. If you are new to our program, check out the information in the pull downs of the blog for more information about who we are. The posts will be about what is currently happening. For those that are considering joining our teams, our summer training is a great place to see what the sport is all about. No cost or full commitment to the team. All we ask is to give it an honest try to see if this is the sport and team for you.

Blaine Invite
Below is the schedule for Thursday's Blaine Invite. Please note that we will be in the White Division Varsity race, so our Varsity boy's will be in the first race. Directions are at the bottom as well, and parking is some times an issue (possibly having to park on Bunker Blvd), so please plan accordingly. There will be a lot of teams at this meet, with many being smaller teams, but still a lot of people will be there. There will be T-shirt sales as well, but I am not sure on the cost.
If you have any questions, please let me know,
Thanks

Griak/Mustang Results
Results for Fridays Mustang Invite can be found at Raceberryjam And results for yesterday's Griak can be found at the following site:
www.gophersports.com/sports/m-xc/spec-rel/roy-griak-invitational-results.html
Our individual results will be posted tomorrow. I left my hard drive at school, so not able to post them.
As for how the team did this weekend, it was an overall positive two days of races, despite the fact that times do not look like improvement. The course at the Griak is very challenging and add in the heat, times were going to be a little slower, but the boys were a solid 13th place and considering that 8 of the 10 runners were running the Graik for the first time, they held their own and gave themselves an opportunity to run well. It should be something that made the varsity team stronger.
The JV team performed admirably on Friday despite being short handed and inexperienced, but they really took the challenge and worked all the way to the finish, even with two getting sick in their race. The Middle School two really stepped up and continued their development, as well as take the CRMS team members under their wings and led them to a very positive race, thus showing what this team could be like in a couple of years.
The Blaine Invite will be this Thursday. I will put the time schedule up tomorrow as well.
If there are any questions, please let me know,
Thanks,
Denny

White Out
Letting everyone know that the JV boys will be wearing white uniform tops tonight at the Mustang Invite and that the Varsity will be wearing all white uniforms tomorrow at the Griak Invite. We are hoping it will be easier for our spectators to spot our runners, especially when there are going to be about 500 runners tomorrow.
Thanks
