This weeks Practice

Here is the plan for this week. Please be aware of the temps and bring water and sunscreen. We are at one month until the beginning of the season, so for those that are wanting to be ready, now is the time to be at practice as much as possible, to help get mileage but also reduce the chance for injuries.
We will still offer practice at 9:30am and 7:00pm.
Monday at CR Dam, long run.
Tuesday at CRHS, short run and form work.
Friday at CRHS, short run
As of right now, with the predicted temps for Wednesday and Thursday, we are still working on a plan. We are wanting to go to Bunker Beach on both days and use the lazy river so we can be staying cooler with the heat. Currently we would go at 9:00am on Wednesday and 7:00pm on Thursday. This is an open to the public time, so we are actually hoping to get more runners committed so we can go on our own, which would be 7:00pm on Wednesday and 9:00am on Thursday. We are hoping to make a decision on Monday, so please let me know at practice on Monday. No matter the time or day, there will be a cost, $3 each time we go. Once a decision is made, we will let you know more info.
