I am going to put up a schedule for Pasta Parties on the right side of the blog under schedules. If there is a date that you would like to host one, please leave a comment with this post. Please note that we will have separate parties for the boys and the girls, but if you would like to do one for both teams the same night, you are more than welcomed to. Also note that we will be having the parties not the night before the meet, but two nights before. One reason for this is to try and see how the carbs effect the runners one day further out (ideal carb load is 36 hours before competition), but also because a lot of our meets are on Thursday's and there is a few of our runners that are in religion classes on Wednesday evenings, so we want to make sure they are able to attend as well. Plus, for the three meets on Saturday, we don't want to compete with those that want to go to the football games.

The posts will be about what is currently happening. For those that are considering joining our teams, our summer training is a great place to see what the sport is all about. No cost or full commitment to the team. All we ask is to give it an honest try to see if this is the sport and team for you.
