Here are our locations for practices this week, June 23rd. One thing of note is that the Coon Rapids Firecracker 5K is on Friday, July 4th at the CRIC. We will be in charge of the two water stops, so if there is anyone that would like to help, runners or family, please let me know, otherwise, it's a great chance to get an early summer 5K in to see where you are at!
