To the parents of Boys CC runners, I have been asked tonight by the captains of the girls CC team for next year, if there would be anyone that would be willing to help on Sunday at a basketball tourney at the high school? There are two shifts, 7:45-11:30 & 2:45-6:30, so two people could help. We would need to know by the end of the school day tomorrow, Friday. If you can help, please let me know.

Thank You

Thank you once again to everyone that was apart of the 2014 Boys Cross Country season!  It was a year of growth, development, and a lot of fun and one that I hope that we can really build off of make this into a program that the school and community are really proud of!!
If anyone has any questions on training or what they can do to get better, or help, please let me know.
Lastly, if you click on the "2014 Pictures" below, you will find pictures for a few of the meets this year.  There are also pictures from a few races from the past couple of years as well, so for any of you that may have been on the team longer, you can check those out as well.

Banquet Reminder

This is just a reminder that the end of season banquet for the 2014 Boy's Cross Country team is tomorrow, Thursday, at 6:30 in the High School Cafeteria.  Please read the post for Oct. 26 for all of the details and what each group is supposed to bring.  If you have any questions, please let me know,
