Local Running Stores

Here are a list of local Running Stores for those that are in need of new shoes.  One thing to note, running shoes do ware out.  Depending on the type of shoe, most running shoes will only last 300-500 miles.  A lot of people will usually get a new pair of running shoes once a year. But, all of these store all offer a variety of brands and styles, and if you are not sure what shoe is best for you, they all have the ability and knowledge to make sure you get the best shoe for you.
