It was a very positive start to the race season this morning as the Boys were able to finish in 1st in the 5 team meet, led by the 3rd place finish of Paul Breitbach, and the Girls were able to finish in 3rd of the 5 teams, lead by the 5th place finish of Bryna DelCastillo! There were many who were on the team that ran much faster than they did last year in this meet, thus helping the teams to move up in the standings as well as start on a good note.
Our individual results are posted on the right under "Results" and you can find the overall meet results by clinking on "Gopher State Results" above, then click on "CC Running" under "School Results" at the top and then our results will be under "ABC Early Bird."
There will be practice on Friday morning 8:00am at the high school and then no scheduled practice until Monday at 6:30pm, meeting at the CR Dam. I still would like the runners to still get in some workouts over the weekend, but also wanting them to bring things down a bit and to enjoy their last weekend of summer.
