A reminder that practice starts tomorrow, Monday Aug 15, at 8:00am, meeting at the CR Dam. Please remember that you need to be signed up before you can practice. We will also be having practice in the evening meeting at the high school, with the girls going at 6:00pm and the boys at 7:00pm.
Here is the time and location schedule for practices for the first week of the season. The main workouts will be in the AM, with the PM practices being about recovery, technical things as well as a little more relaxing and fun options. Please make sure you are getting signed up before the first day.
