1 Week Until the Season Begins

We are one week a way from the start of the the 2023 CC Running season and there are a couple of reminders as we get closer to our first practice on Monday at 8:00am at the CR Dam Visitor Center

Please continue to get signed up now and to not wait until Sunday or Monday morning in case there are any issues.  Please go to the previous link on how to register.  

This coming Thursday, August 10th, there will be a All Sports Meeting at the high school at 7:00pm.  After that meeting, I will be around for any questions.  We will not have our official parent meeting until our Time Trial on Thursday, August 24 (more details to come).

I will be putting out the first weeks info next Sunday.  I will have this info on the first day of practice for the runners as well as some other information.  

One other item of importance for the beginning of the season is that due to a family reason, I had to cancel our running camp.  We will still do a workout on the Friday of that week, but I will not be available for the rest of the weekend.  Sorry for the change, but we will make sure we get the runners the work in that they will need.
